Sleigh Bed B90

This custom designed sleigh bed is shown in mahogany in a king size. The curved headboard panel is made from shop made thick mahogany crotch veneers. A dark finish was requested by the client. It is available to order in any mattress size, and other wood species such as tiger maple, flame birch, cherry, or mahogany are available. Traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, secured with heavy bed bolts, creates a strong, long-lasting structure, and thick solid rails add rigidity. Each bed is custom built to suit your mattress thickness and preferred bedding height. The slat system eliminates the need for a box spring, and the bed is finished with multiple coats of hand-rubbed shellac. Other bed designs can be viewed here.
