Queen Anne Island Table t122

This massive Queen Anne work table is shown in walnut with a marble top at 55" wide by 108" long. It was built for a large kitchen as an island, featuring six deep drawers and pull out work surfaces at each end. The cabriole legs are hand shaped from heavy four inch thick walnut, and the two inch thick aprons are joined to the legs using deep mortise and tenon joinery. The drawers are constructed with hand cut dovetails. The table features a lightly distressed aged finish and is completed with several coats of hand rubbed shellac. Tables can be custom built to your specifications in a variety of sizes and wood species, including tiger maple, flame birch, walnut, cherry, and mahogany.
