Pennsylvania Tilt Top Tea Table T160

This Pennsylvania tilt top tea table in curly cherry is built just as the originals were, using hand shaped cabriole legs joined to the hand turned column with sliding dovetails. The curly cherry top is 27" wide and is dished to allow for the delicate raised molded edge. The top is supported by a birdcage mechanism, which allows it to rotate and tilt. The finish is completed with several coats of hand rubbed shellac. Tables can be custom built to your specifications in a variety of sizes and wood species, including walnut, tiger maple, flame birch, cherry, and mahogany.
