Caribbean Dining Table with Leaves T123B

This custom Caribbean dining table is shown in mahogany with an aged finish. The dimensions are approximately 48" x 84", expanding to 9' with one 24" leaf. The legs are hand-turned from massive 5 1/2"-thick solid mahogany and finished with high-quality cast brass casters. The table frame is built using deep mortise-and-tenon joinery. The physically distressed aged finish consists of several coats of hand-rubbed shellac and lacquer. The chairs were custom built by E. Jacobsen as well. Tables can be custom built to your specifications in a variety of sizes and wood species, including walnut, tiger maple, flame birch, and cherry.
