Apothecary Chest sc175
Handcrafted in highly figured curly walnut, this multi drawer apothecary chest features eighteen drawers. At the case, measurements are 19.25 inches wide by 13.125 inches deep and 27 inches tall. Single wide board curly walnut boards are used for the case sides and top rather than several boards glued together. Built with traditional joinery, the case and all 18 drawers feature hand cut dovetail construction. The finish is several coats of hand rubbed shellac and the drawers are fitted with solid brass knobs.
Chests can be built to client specifications in a range of sizes, styles and wood species, including walnut, tiger maple, flame birch, cherry, and mahogany.
