Tapered Leg Dining Table T121

This tapered leg dining table is shown in curly walnut at 32.5" x 72" x 29.5" high. The aprons are joined to the legs using deep mortise and tenon joinery. The top is made from matching boards from the same tree for consistent color and grain. Breadboard ends are attached using draw pegged mortise and tenon joinery, and this example includes optional through tenoned breadboard ends. Each long side features an off center hand dovetailed drawer. The table features an aged finish and is completed with several coats of hand rubbed shellac and varnish. Tables can be custom built to your specifications in a variety of sizes and wood species, including tiger maple, flame birch, walnut, cherry, and mahogany.
