Pennsylvania Double Dresser ch307

Handcrafted in walnut and curly tiger walnut, this Philadelphia style double dresser reflects the balanced proportions of 18th century Pennsylvania low chest reimagined as a double dresser. The case measures 60 inches wide by 20 inches deep and stands 36 inches tall. Built with traditional joinery, the case features hand cut dovetails and a mortise and tenon face frame. The tiger maple drawer fronts feature molded lipped edges and hand cut dovetails. This piece rests on classic ogee bracket feet and is finished with several coats of hand rubbed shellac and fitted with solid brass bail and rosette drawer pulls made using the lost wax method.

Chests can be built to client specifications in a range of sizes, styles and wood species, including walnut, tiger maple, flame birch, cherry, and mahogany.
