Oxbow Chest CH219a

Handmade in walnut, this Connecticut style oxbow chest of drawers features a classic reverse serpentine front configuration. Single wide board sides and a single wide board top are used for the case construction rather than several boards glued together. At the case, measurements are approximately 36 inches wide by 19 inches deep and 34 inches tall. Built with traditional joinery, the case features hand cut dovetails as do the drawers. The beaded blocked case is mirrored below by hand carved blocked ogee bracket feet. The chest is finished with several coats of hand rubbed shellac and fitted with authentic solid brass bail and rosette drawer pulls.
