Blanket Chest bc103

Handcrafted in tiger maple, this blanket chest features hand cut dovetailed case construction. At the case, measurements are approximately 46 inches wide by 19 inches deep and 20 inches tall. Built with traditional joinery, the lid features a through tenoned molded edge. This lid is mounted with traditional iron strap hinges and secured with an authentic iron grab lock. The entire piece rests on hand cut dovetailed feet and is finished with several coats of shellac.

Chests can be built to client specifications in a range of sizes, styles and wood species, including walnut, tiger maple, flame birch, cherry, and mahogany.
